Recognising and identifying a lack of integrity

When people act with integrity in the workplace, it is noticeable in a positive way. In contrast, acting without integrity can be more difficult to recognise. Often, non-integrity behaviour also happens unintentionally or out of sight of employees. It may also be that you disagree with a decision made by your employer or that you come across an integrity violation by chance.
